Tree supports are removed by hand under raking light so layer definition and detail edges survive intact.

SURFACE REFINEMENT

Mating faces are deburred and trued. Bores and slots are cleared for clean assembly fit.

Critical features are verified against the model with calipers and micrometers before sign-off.

Each unit is logged with a QA record so the part you approve is the part you receive.
